The first two Lots are located next to the Birdwing Estate Land, never hunted or will be hunted on this Preserve in perpetuity. The Birdwing Bay will have very limited motorized vehicles that we can control. Only Kayaks, Canoes, Paddleboards, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing on the miles of private trails will be allowed. Our intent is to preserve the beautiful Landscaping and Habitat for the owners to enjoy the unusual sustainability of the Birding and Wildlife that are abundant on this Land. The buildouts will be only at the highest standards to maintain the integrity of the Preserves Natural Beauty and abundant Wildlife. Not a finer property with the diversity of Wildlife and Birding you will find in all of Minnesota.
