I have been doing remodels for nearly 20 years across the state, focusing on old and historic structures; especially those with SOLID BONES and classic floor plans that allow that great mix of old and modern to merge together. The property in St. Ignatius is packed with local history, that of early ranching families & the lineages that followed. Every aspect of the house has been done right, starting from the ground up and though unfinished, the large majority of the project (the hard, time consuming part) is complete. What remains is the fun part of any remodel, the finishing flare, which not only rapidly transforms a project into a warm home, one with all modern upgrades, but allows an owner to customize it to their own lifestyle. My hope is that a prospective buyer can easily see past the last unfinished projects, and realize how quickly they can now be completed.
