Terrain: The terrain on the north end of the ranch is fairly level to gently sloping. Approximately 1,250 acres of cultivated land are located on this portion of the property. The Salt Fork of the Brazos River forms the south boundary of the ranch. The terrain descends from the level uplands and becomes broken with ridges draining to the river. Moderate to dense mesquite is found on the north end of the property, and cedar is common in the broken country.
Access: The ranch has paved highway frontage and access is provided by pavement and graded county roads.
