Directions

From the intersection of US 231 and State Road 75 in Oneonta, travel Southeast on US 231 for 3.2 miles, and turn right (South) onto County Road 29. Travel South on County Road 29 for 1.1 miles, and turn right (West) onto Sims Rd. Proceed West on Sims Rd. for 0.3 miles and bear left (South) onto Gettis Rd. Travel South on Gettis Rd. for 0.5 miles and you will be near the red star on the map. To access the tract, you will have obtain permission and cross private land.
