Water: There are 6 domestic water wells on the property; 7,710 of the crystal blue Frio River runs through the entire ranch. The Blue Water hole is one of the largest on the Frio River, being 30 ft. deep with dinosaur tracts on the bottom. There are numerous waterfalls and a natural lake along the river running through most of the ranch; tubing, and canoeing are a great recreational pastime on the Frio River!

Improvements: Improvements include a double wide manufactured home located overlooking the beautiful Frio River, with plenty of room for guests to relax on the large porches and enjoy the South Texas landscapes.
