Hunting: This area holds a very healthy population of whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, and feral hogs. Dove hunting is also outstanding here. In years with ample moisture, the bobwhite quail hunting here is also very good. Deer blinds and feeders have been placed in strategic locations.
