Located on the beautiful clear flowing Meramec River with just about 2900 feet of your own river frontage. On top of the hill is a beautiful 2800+/- sq foot lodge which can easily accomodate 20 people very comfortably. There is a very nice campground along the river with a covered pavillion and 14 RV electric hook ups and several water hydrants. This has been previously run as a very successful overnite lodging and campground catering to the floating crowd. This is a beautiful place that would make a great family retreat, conference center, camp ground, permanent home or to be continued running as a bed and breakfast overnite lodge.
