The topography is considered rolling and sloping hills, along with a very small area located in a minor creek bottom. This tract has highly variable habitat conditions that provides terrific hunting opportunities.
The eastern property line is an old county road that is now private. It is accessed via Dan Head Rd. Electricity is also available.
