The Lewisville Tract will be sold by sealed bids on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 10am. The tract consists of +/-33 acres of 2012 pine plantation that was bedded prior to planting. The plantation was chemically released in the Fall of 2012. The remaining +/-4 acres is in the railroad ROW and transmission line ROW on the property. Access is excellent with approximately 1,270 feet of paved county road frontage along Lafayette 20. Topography on the tract is flat with soil types being silt loams. According to the USDA Web Soil Survey the majority of the tract has a site index of 80 feet (base age 50).
