This is still ranchland that is across the street from an elementary school that has been there for over 10 years. The middle school to the south only 3 years old. The school district recently purchased 90+ acres to adjacent to the middle school. Potential site for their next high school. This part of Bexar Co and Medina Co have seen some exponential growth the last decade or so. Doesn't appear to be slowing just yet. The tract of land is located just west of Hwy 211 by 1.8 miles. Construction began recently on connecting Hwy 211 from Potranco to Culebra. HEB just opened a new store back in October 2020. There are probably a number of uses for this site, residential stands out for sure.
