SALE PENDING ...Here is an improved 5.24 acres on a county road. Calling it a "fixer" is being very generous but it does has a certain old-fashioned and rustic charm.
The best part of the property is the old barn... about 2/3's good and 1/3 yuck. Then there is the old cabin... quarter round log siding with mud chinks, a natural rock fireplace, and 90% yuck. The property is improved with well, septic, power, and concrete drive. It has a very secluded setting and is one of the closest lots to Orange Cove.
How about the negatives? It's quite a list. The old cabin is a wreck. The well probably needs a pump. The top of the electric service pole went to war with the woodpeckers and lost. There is a septic...somewhere. A lot of the barn is in good shape but what's bad is bad. It also comes with more than a little debris. And, it is a hillside parcel with lots of rock and not a lot of useable ...
