The Blanket Creek Ranch with 350 +/- acres has been cared for by the same family for over 100 years. The terrain is rolling hill country with an abundance of live oaks, post oaks, elms, pecans, with some mesquite and cedar that provide heavy cover for the deer, turkey, and dove that roam the ranch. The deer feel right at home here at Blanket Creek Ranch as there has not been hunting allowed in over 10 years. Blanket Creek, lined with huge trees, runs through the ranch with frontage on both sides giving the wildlife a safe haven to bed down by. There are also springs and 4 ponds on the ranch.one is stocked with large bass to provide excellent fishing opportunities for the avid fisherman. In addition to the bass the pond has bluegill for the children to try their hand at catching.
