Wildlife: Deer, Turkey, Quail, Dove and Ducks. The ranch is full of wildlife with the largest buck shot off the ranch a few years ago scored 176 BC and another buck that had a live weight of 206 lbs. The Mustang Ranch borders on the north for about 2 +/- mile the CRWMD land that is a larger ranch and is lightly hunted. The Mustang ranch has a great turf of grass with a good population of Bobwhite quail with 16 coveys found on the south end of the ranch at the end of the 2015 quail season. The Mustang ranch has not been leased for hunting in two years. There are approximately 5-7 wildlife food plots scattered around the ranch.
Improvements: 2 bedroom main house with approximately 3,000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom bunkhouse, 1 bedroom cabin, game cleaning facilities, cattle pens, 2 barns, & 3 overhead grain bins. The ranch is cross fenced into 5 big pastures with three smaller trap pastures.
