The property has electric services provided by Panola-Harris Electric Coop., and rural water service provided by Deadwood Water Supply. There are two open ended pole barns located on the property that provide great shelter for hunting supplies and equipment storage.

There are two small cabins that have been combined to provide a comfortable stay while hunting the ranch, equipped with electric, water, and sewer connections.

Wildlife

The property is currently stocked with various wildlife species, mostly consisting of whitetail deer populations. The owner states that 2 seasons ago he introduced 30 bred whitetails all being bred to 200"+ breeder bucks, along with the release a 200"+ breeder buck on the ranch. Limited deer have been harvested over the past few seasons. The wildlife on the ranch also consist of a smaller herd of axis doe supported with the presence of a couple axis bucks. One bull elk, two bull red stag, a few fallow bucks, and a few rams are also present on the ranch at this time.

And of course, regardless of how hard you try to eliminate the wild hog population, there are still a few present on the ranch, as well.

This ranch offers great East Texas scenery and enjoyment for the whole family. The land has an abundant trail system to navigate the ranch and also provides endless enjoyment for atv riding and exploring for the family.
