Water is a big asset here. There are 2 large water features and several smaller ones that are exciting parts of the property. The largest is a small lake of approximately 5 acres. The 2 larger ones have high rock bluffs on one side. Water sources for wildlife or livestock are dispersed and include 2 stock tanks or ponds.

Other water sources include a good water well, and rural community water supplies the houses.

Wildlife are abundant on this ranch. The owner tells us that hunters recently flushed 16 coveys of quail in one day!! Whitetail deer are plentiful, and it sports a herd of blackbuck as well.

Aquatic wildlife include the typical Texas fish species, large turtles, and even beaver have been sighted. A sportsman can have some kind of shooting and fishing year round!

We believe that a ranch with these features and attractions, including all the water, is reasonably priced at $1750 an acre.

Comments. This is one of the best priced ranches with dramatic water assets that we have found. It is in a very quiet and secluded location with end of the road privacy. A power transmission line crosses the ranch.
