While walking the property I saw both deer and turkey signs. The terrain is predominately flat with a slight slope to the northeast. There is a small area on a powerline right of way that would make for a good food plot. The property is divided into three different parcels. On the east side of Panther Creek Road lies most of the property. On the opposite side of the road (west side) are two triangular shaped parcels (See map below). The larger of the two parcels is about 4.5 acres and the smaller one is a little over an acre. Both parcels would make for a great build site.
