In 2005 the Lott's built the rock home in the Southeast quadrant of the ranch and included many upgrades throughout the house. Upgrades include but not limited too vaulted ceilings with stained wood beams, huge rock fireplace, stained concrete flooring, gourmet kitchen, spa-like master bath, huge front and back covered patios, low e double pane windows, extra strong slab foundation and metal roof. The metal barn was built the same year. There is a healthy population of whitetail deer, white-winged dove, quail, turkey, hog, bobcat and coyotes that inhabit The Lott Ranch. Big quite neighbors make for a peaceful setting and an away from everything feeling. Enjoy many beautiful sunsets as you peer towards the Western horizon in the evening time. There is road access from either the West side of the tract or the East.
