From Lorenzo Texas, one and one-half miles East on Texas Highway 62/82 to black top county road, (watch for sign) then South on black top county road for 3 miles to North side of property.

Water:

There are seven irrigation wells on the property. The wells are tied together and to the center pivot pad. There are underground electric lines from one well to two of the other wells that would enable future use of a generator and supply power to electric submersible pumps. Wells in this immediate area are pumping approximately 100-150 gallons per minute each. The average depth is around 300’. The wells will need some work, but should provide ample water for two pivot sprinkler systems and irrigated crops.
