Farm/Ranch approximately 15 miles south of Bangs on FM 586 S. Known as Clabberhill ranch. Large part of property was planted in sorghum and cattle in pastures. Old homestead, corrals, barns that are in great disrepair are located on a 140 acre tract. Two hand-dug wells are located near the homestead, one has a pressure pump the other appears to be caving in so take care.
