Water to the ranch is provided by two water wells. There is a well with submergible pump located near the house and barn that provides water to the improvements. There is second well located near the south west corner of the ranch. The well still has a windmill standing, but the pump has been converted to a submergible pump. There is a 3rd well located near one of the surface ponds in the center of the property. The well was drilled and cased, but is not equipped with pump. There are two surface ponds that do catch rain run off and are also supplemented with well water.

Improvements:

The ranch is improved with 36x36 barndiminium. It has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with open living room/kitchen layout. There is spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom (See photos for quality of finish out). There is also a 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on the ranch. The mobile home and barn are both fully furnished and some of the furnishings will convey with the sale. There is a second barn located near the mobile home, this barn is 20'x30'metal constructed shop with concrete floors.

Recreation:

This ranch is set up and ready for hunting, there are numerous blinds and feeders set up on the property. Most blinds have multiple feeders in sight and various shooting lanes. The ranch is feed year round and has lots of wildlife. There are whitetail, feral hogs, turkey, and dove.
