Location: The ranch is located approximately 11 miles south of Loraine Texas and I-20 via ranch highway 644 and county road 430. Sweetwater Texas is approximately 28 miles northeast of the property.

Terrain &

Vegatation: Big Silver Creek intersects the property in the East Central Ranch Boundry and travels southwest through the property providing ample creek bottom land. The west part of the property rises to some higher hills. The remainder of the land is slopping with low hills. There is a good quantity of live oak trees, many very large,on the ranch other hardwoods line the creek as well as mesquite & cedar throughout. Native browse plants are numerous. Grasses on the ranch are native.
