This unique ranch fronts FM 152 just East of the sweet historic town of Castell, Tx. and West of Llano, Tx. The front half of the ranch gently rolls with short mesquite brush and scattered Oaks, the back half of the ranch changes into a forest wonderland with 2 creeks, one which still has water running even during the drought, a spring, hand dug well with a windmill and reservoir, large looming Elm trees, Live Oaks, Pecans, Post Oaks and native brush for the wildlife.
There is an old structure and wooden pens that give no value to the ranch. Electricity is found on the neighboring ranch and all minerals are thought to be intact.
A church and steeple built in the late 1800's and later moved to Castell can be seen from various elevated sites on the ranch.
The ranch is good cattle country as well as great for hunting.
