There's nothing too remarkable to say about the home other than it's in pretty good condition with new siding, a new lifetime metal roof, and new HVAC system. The property is a different matter. How about the negatives? There is a private drive off of George Smith that serves several parcels. This drive is gravel and dirt and is pretty bumpy in places. But that drive and the end of the cul-de-sac location definitely adds to the privacy. The home is in pretty decent condition but is on the small side and there is no garage. It hasn't been lived in for a couple of years so it could definitely use some freshening up. That's about it for negatives.
This really is a nice offering and you certainly can't beat the price or location. AND... you won't find a prettier or more useable piece of land. Come take a look... this one is worth the trip.
