Much of the ranch is a large hill that slopes to the west to the Colorado River and to the east to a wide valley with seasonal creeks and draws. The hill has very good tree & brush cover that is great for wildlife habitat and the valleys have several large Oak and Elm trees. There are about 800 feet of frontage on the Colorado River along the west side of the ranch. The river area looks like a park with huge trees, green grass, easy access to the rivers edge and a great camping site. A large, deep stock tank was recently built in one of the draws. It is beginning to fill with the recent rainfall and will be a real beauty when full. There is a small field of about 20 acres that will be useful for planting hay & game feed. The hunting and fishing is very good. A new water well was recently drilled near the entry gate. It is reported to produce from 3 to 5 gpm. Electricity is available at the county road nearby. There are no buildings on the ranch, but there are several good building sites. CR 417 borders the ranch on the south side and CR 416 borders it on the east side.

This is a very good cattle ranch with the extra bonus of great hunting and fishing.
