This is 300 acres and another 100 are available and can be divided into 100 acre pieces. It has a large mountain creek that runs into Savage Gulf State Park. It has interior gravel roads and it is mostly hardwoods. All the property lines are marked with steel posts and are mowed. The creek has hemlocks and mountian laurel.
