FM 243 in Kaufman County, Just East of Ola. The land is at least 90% wooded terrain

with a nice creek running thru it. Access is provided by a long easement. Follow the

easement off FM243 until it turns to the right (East). Stay on the easement after the

turn. There will be an orange tape marker in a tree along the property frontage to

mark the beginning of this tract. There is a marker back in the woods, but the one in

the road has been added to make it easy to find the approximate end line at this

end. The frontage continues all along the left side of the easement back to the

circle turn around at the end of the easement. There is more orange tape at the

turnaround to mark the other end. Markings are approximate. It will need to be
