The entire grounds around the house and Casita have been recently landscaped with an extensive underground water system. To the west of the Casita is a world class Garden and Orchard that in past years was used to produce a bounty of fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruit. Although the garden has not been used in recent years there is a well thought out plan designed as well as the water and infrastructure is all there. All along Washington Street the current owner has planted on a drip system native trees to provide a growing fence.

Casita
