Location: 10 miles West of Rocksprings on South side of U.S. Highway 377.

Description: The ranch provides an excellent diversity of brush cover for wildlife with thick stands of live oak. Most cedar has been cleared from the ranch and the ranch has not had livestock on it for a long period. Excellent native grasses provide excellent cover for turkeys and other birds.

Wildlife: Abundant wildlife can be seen on the ranch which includes whitetail deer, turkey, quail and squirrel.

Water: There are two windmills in good working condition as well as one submersible well. Several water troughs on the ranch provide water for the wildlife.
