The ranch is located along US Highway 191 one mile west of Roy, Montana. Roy has a K-12 School and adequate general services. Also is it 30 miles southwest to Lewistown; 145 miles west to Great Falls and 140 miles south to Billings.

Box Elder Creek:
Box Elder Creek has numerous Beaver Ponds and provides a good supply of water to the cattle year round. There are parts of the creek that dry up or go underground.
