Location: Approximately 11 miles west of Benjamin Texas on the north side of Highway 114.
Terrain: An excellent hunting and cattle ranch with a wide variety of terrain. The south side of the ranch consists of grassy flats with hardwoods scattered throughout, which turns to deep canyons with mesquite flats on the north. Big Getaway Canyon runs through the west side of the ranch, and Little Getaway Canyon runs through the center.
Improvements: The ranch headquarters of the historical Moorehouse Ranch lies on the southern portion of this property. There are three homes, a large set of working pens, a nice shop, a roping arena with grandstand, along with numerous outbuildings. A rural water line runs through the property with watering stations for wildlife and livestock.

The 92,000 acre Spikebox Ranch (previously Masterson and McFadden ranches) borders the property on the north and west side. Another large ranch in the area is the Four Sixes Ranch.
