This is being split from parent tract, as TxDOT is planning to soften the curve for safer transportation of traffic. This tract is a triangle, with 0 to 323' depth, and approximately 1,576' along new road to be built.
The existing curved roadway, is reported by Seller to remain for neighboring driveway access, but not be maintained by state anymore. It is assumed that TxDOT may convey it to the County for future maintenance. At this time, it is unknown if driveway access will be from TxDOT on front, or who takes ownership of road at back (county?). Water and electric needs to be verified by buyer.
