This ranch is located on hwy 277 just south of Sonora. With good access off a county road. This ranch offers nice hill tops and draws with great views. With lots of oak trees and some cedar with mesquite in the bottoms. There is a wet weather creek that runs part of the ranch that provides good hibitat for the wildlife. This ranch has good hunting for whitetail, turkey, hogs, dove and some exotics. There is water and electricity, and a good roads through out the ranch.
