24 to the NWcorner of tract #2. Or from May, Ok 6 miles W on Hwy 412/270 then N on Co Rd 178 3 miles & 1 mile E
on Co Rd 24. There are approx. 560 acres of native grass with approx. 3/4 mile of the Beaver River running on this land.
The fence is new of the N side and good to fair on the 3 other sides. The river makes this land excellent for hunting and
access to water. The river bottom is big and has lots of good grass in it.
