Three sides of the property are high fenced with the remaining side having 3.5 miles of low perimeter fence. There is a nice road system throughout. Inclusive are 6 deer blinds, 7 corn feeders (500 lb.), 5 protein feeders (2000 lb.).

WILDLIFE: This is a truly wild part of South Texas and is an area renown for producing native monster bucks and supporting an abundance of wildlife.
