A new water well was recently drilled near CR 308 in the northern end of the ranch. The well drilling log states that it is 340 feet deep and produces 12+ gallons per minute. There is another old water well with a windmill in disrepair that has not been used for years and nothing is known about it. There are 2 stock tanks and a seasonal creek. There is also a spring in the creek that has a history of keeping water in a small area year-round, except in severe drought conditions. Electric lines are located on & near the property. The terrain is gently rolling, sloping more sharply on the south end to a seasonal creek bordered by a limestone bluff. Native grasses grow thick and healthy in the sunny areas.
