There is also a spring in the creek that has a history of keeping water in a small area year-round, except in severe drought conditions. Electric lines are located on & near the property. The terrain is gently rolling, sloping more sharply on the south end to a seasonal creek bordered by a limestone bluff. Native grasses grow thick and healthy in the sunny areas. The boundary fences are old but suffice to turn cattle and mark the boundary between this ranch and the large ranches that surround it.
