This tract is a 299 acre pine plantation tract located approximately nine miles southeast of Atlanta and 3 miles north of McLeod, Texas in Cass County. It has public access from Cass County Road 4561 that touches the property at the southeast corner and County Road 4560 that dead ends into the west boundary. An oil well quality road provides access into the property and internal access is provided by a logging road that loops around the property.
The tract consists of 228 acres of 1990 plantation that has been first thinned and 48 acres of 1998 plantation. A new pipeline across the property was just put in and provides a good internal view of the timberland. The plantations are in excellent condition.
