Water: The ranch is very well watered with 3 water wells and 5 tanks. There is a Carrizo well that is believed to be 4000 feet deep with a 7.5 inch casing. The well was tested with a 60 HP pump and produce 600 GPM. Currently it is run with a 3.5 HP pump that produces 30-40 GPM. This Carrizo well provides water to 4 out of the 5 tanks via 8,000 feet of 1.25 inch PVC pipe.
There are 2 domestic wells at the house and one currently provides water to the house; this well is believed to be 900 feet. The other house well is currently not being used. Four of the five tanks offer good fishing. Three are stocked with catfish and one with bass.
