Cherry Creek shows visual signs that during wet times it can have quite a bit of water. The property is located in the Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District.
Improvements:
There are no structures present on the ranch. The ranch is completely low fenced approximately 3.2 miles and the fences are in good condition. The entry road into the ranch is an all weather road and the water well has electricity run to it.
Wildlife/Hunting:
The ranch has an excellent populations of whitetail deer, axis deer, and sika deer as well all species were seen on recent trip . With all of the exotic wildlife in this area this property provides year round hunting opportunities. Rio grande turkeys are also in the area.
