The Wildbranch Forest Parcels are located in Vermonts Northeast Kingdom where small family farms, a largely forested landscape and widely scattered homesteads comprise the region. The Lowell Mountain Range is prominently visible along scenic Highway 14, which follows the Black River Valley en route to the land from the north or south. The parcels currently exist as one larger property but are offered for sale as three separate tracts (pending subdivision). The pond parcel is well suited to the recreational buyer, offering a few good camp opportunities. Terrain is mostly level and there are various beaver ponds within the central section of the land.
