This ranch is set up for Hunting & Recreational activities with friends and family and is also a great ranch for raising/grazing cattle.

DESCRIPTION:

This is a turnkey cattle/hunting ranch loaded with game. There are many improved pastures, 2 tanks, large oaks and bull mesquite trees and a set of cattle pens.  

UTILITIES:

Power is available at the ranch headquarters area and numerous other locations on the ranch. There are two water wells, 1 has a submersible pump that supplies water to the headquarters, cattle pens and barn. The second well is on a windmill.
