This is a well-farmed citrus grove located approximately three miles northeast of Orosi in Tulare County. The ranch features young Gold Nugget mandarins plus mature navels and Valencia oranges, as well as two sources of water.
The south parcel has 5 acres of navels and 15 acres of Valencia oranges. The north parcel is planted to 9.5 acres of Gold Nugget mandarins planted in 2016 with 22X9 spacing.
The entire property is in the Orange Cove Irrigation District. There are also three Ag wells that provide irrigation water. The north parcel has a 7.5 HP pump producing approximately 164 GPM. The south parcel has two pumps, one 10 HP pump and one 5 HP pump, with the combined output of 330 GPM. Irrigation is by fan-jet system in one set on each side of the canal.
