At exit 52 on I-26 (Intersection I-26 and Hwy 72) go east on Hwy 72 for about 5 miles. Turn left off Philson Crossroads onto Philson Road. Go about ½ miles and when you cross Duncan Creek the tract is on your right and left. Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.
