LOCATION:

This 27,182.248 +/- Acre Ranch is located approximately 8 miles southwest of Dryden TX, off of U. S. Highway 90 and 16 miles Southeast of Sanderson, TX. The ranch has about 6 miles of Rio Grande River frontage.

IMPROVEMENTS:

There are two Headquarter areas on the ranch. The Main Headquarters is located in the northern part of the ranch with a steel barn, metal livestock corral, and well with pump. The Second Headquarters is located in the center of the ranch and consists of a rock house along with two rock bunkhouses and a bath house.

There are a total of 13 known wells on the ranch including 10 windmills and 3 electric pumps. Several miles of pipeline provide water services.

WILDLIFE:
