Hwy 50 East from Salida to Howard. Turn left on CR 4. Follow across the river, bear right to CR 45. Turn right. Follow CR 45 to Sand Gulch Road. Look for RE Sign and directional. Turn left on Sand Road and stay on it for about 5 miles. It is public land until you see signs for private property. Home will be on the left, second property in. It will take approximately 20- 25 minutes to the home from the Hwy 50 turn off.
