Location: This gorgeous property is situated between Brady and Mason, about 19 miles from Mason in the Texas Hill Country.

Terrain: Few places are pretty from end to end, but this one is. The whole ranch is wooded, covered primarily in live oak trees. It is hilly, with one hill near the south end at 1700 feet in elevation. There is another scenic hill overlooking the valley and draws in the middle of the place. On the north end, it has frontage on the spring-fed San Saba River.

The river is beautiful, with nice deep blue water pools, and the relaxing sound of water falling over rocks. Many large trees including native pecans line the banks, giving an appearance similar to a park.

Water: In addition to the appealing riverfront, drinking water is available from a well with a submersible pump that is solar powered.
