This wooded tract is a court ordered estate sale near Monticello. It is split by Aucilla Road which is paved. Most of it is in natural growth hardwood timber with around half in wetlands. The property appears to have had much of its merchantable timber harvested over a period of years and a good amount of the tract now appears to be in natural re-growth and though scarce, there is still scattered mature timber throughout.
