The GPM is unknown, but it has always provided all of the water that was needed. There are several irrigation wells in this area, so if you drill deeper, the likelihood of high-volume producing wells is very good. In addition to the exceptional underground water, the Comanche County Rural Water System runs along the east side of the ranch on CR 135. No meter has been installed for this property, but meters are available. (CCRWS owns about one-half acre within the ranch with a water storage tank on it.)
