This property has young mixed pine and hardwoods. Seller said timber was cut in 1994. The tract has a large pond on the south border. It is surrounded by strong deer and turkey hunting habitat. It is very thick in spots but it does have a couple of narrow roads to facilitate moving around. A little tractor work would go a long way to help in getting around this nice tract.

This would be a great hunting tract for a family. It won't last long!

Access has traditionally been from a logging road from Union Cemetery Road but's not clear as to whether or not this access is in writing.
