From I-10 in Flatonia traveling west towards San Antonio: Take Exit #642 which is FM 304 (about 12 miles). Turn right at the stop sign and head north on 304. Travel north 1.7 miles and go straight at the intersection of FM 304 & Highway 90. Continue on for 9.4 miles and Turn Left at FM 713. See sign for McMann 8 miles. Pass the Lake Falling Star RV Park. In McMann, turn Left onto FM 3158. Travel 3.2 miles and go Left onto CR 145C (there is also a green street sign that says "Adams Lane"). Continue on and take a Left onto Keaton Lane. Go to the end of Keaton Lane and turn to the Left on the dirt road easement. At 0.4 tenths of a mile the road curves to the right. Continue on till you see a galvanized gate in front of you. This is the entrance to the property.
