Located where the river feeds into the lake. A beautiful view of the Middle Fork is possible if trees are cleared. Very private. Located in an area that is known for excellent fishing & near a great water skiing area. There is a boat ramp just down the road. You could get down to the lake if steps were built (need COE approval). This would also be a great place to build a few cabins, close to Fairfield Bay and Greers Ferry.
